This new cocktail bar, located in the heart of New Delhi, has a lot to offer. The place is situated on the 16th floor of the Eros Corporate Tower, Nehru Place and provides a breathtaking view of the entire city of Delhi. While you take in the magnanimity of the city and its unbound beauty, you are introduced to the incredibly well curated cocktail menu of Piso 16. The quirky yet delectable menu offers a wide range of signature cocktails that prove to be the best pairing with the astounding view. The experience of sitting atop a beautiful building while gazing at the skyline with a well prepared cocktail in hand is unmatched and simply brilliant. We ordered the cocktails Saints Gone Wild and Jalisco Swizzle. While Saints Gone Wild is the perfect blend for Bourbon lovers who have an acquired taste and appreciation for bitter and strong drinks, as it impressively combines Bourbon with homemade marshmallow liquer and coffee bitter, the Jalisco Swizzle is best suited for people with a penchant for sweet cocktails as it blends Tequila with agave, citrus and chocolate bitters, giving it sweet undertones.
The food menu is equally enticing and packed with options that compliment the drinks menu. We chose to order the cheese platter with five different type of cheeses that proved to be a great pairing with both our drinks. The plating was exceptionally well presented and the cheeses were fresh and delicious. Apart from cheese and meat platters, there are many other appetizing options that are very well suited for the drinks menu. For the food lovers, the main course menu is a culmination of a wide variety of gourmet dishes, with both healthy and scrumptious options like Kale and Mushroom Roulade and Tenderloin Medallions. The place is frankly a must visit and is a complete package in terms of culinary experience.
